Vending Rules

Vending is permitted during the entirety of event. BBQ Competition: This Boston Butt BBQ Competition is open to all barbequers cooking with gas, wood, charcoal, pellet or any combination cooker. Minimum of 10 and maximum of 30 competition teams. Competitors will be judged on Pork butt. The competitors will be judged by a panel of anonymous men and women. Competitors will be asked to provide 5 samples for each of the judges. Samples for judges cannot include sauce. Judges will choose a third, second and first place winners. Judging will be based upon flavor, tenderness and presentation of the actual meat itself

BOOTH SPACE

Each Food exhibitor space is 10 x 20 feet. No table or chairs provided.

• Exhibitor is responsible for all tents, tables, chairs, skirting, signage and cash for making change.
• Space is available on a first come, first served basis at the discretion of the event committee. Space fee is non-refundable.
• All exhibitors responsible for collecting and paying local and state sales tax.
